Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (Chapter 426 of the Laws of Hong Kong)



 

The purpose of the Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance is to establish a registration system for voluntary occupational retirement schemes and to ensure that retirement scheme benefits promised to employees are payable when due.
