The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance aims to provide practical guidance to employers and their employees on how to properly handle personal data related to every stage of employment. The Ordinance covers the collection, holding, accuracy, use and security of personal data of prospective, current and former employees, as well as requests for access to and correction of personal data made by the data subjects.
