Statutory Minimum Wage $43.1 per hour with effect from 1 May 2026

The SMW rate will increase from its prevailing level of $42.1 per hour to $43.1 with effect from 1 May 2026，the monthly monetary cap on the requirement of employers recording the total number of hours worked by employees is also revised from $17,200 to $17,600 per month in tandem with the effective date of the new SMW rate.
